Welcome to the 2012 baseball season at Petco Park. The Padres have created this A to Z Guest Guide to assist in making your experience at Petco Park the best it can possibly be.
Guests can purchase tickets to upcoming San Diego Padres games by telephone at (619)795-5555, on the Internet at padres.com or in person at the Petco Park Box Office, 100 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101.
During an Event: Guests can purchase tickets at the Petco Park Main Box Office located next to the Home Plate Gate, open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. On home game dates, select ticket windows remain open throughout the game and open at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. (Game-in-progress sales continue until the conclusion of the sixth inning.)
Petco Stores: Tickets are also available via a direct telephone hotline at all participating Petco store locations throughout San Diego County.
ALCOHOL
The San Diego Padres desire that all guests have a memorable experience at Petco Park. For those choosing to enjoy alcoholic beverages, we are pleased to make them available at concession locations throughout the ballpark. Guests who consume alcohol are expected to do so in a responsible manner.
Alcohol Admission Policies:
California liquor regulations prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into Petco Park. Security officers at every turnstile will inspect packages, bags and purses to prevent guests from bringing bottles, cans or any other type of liquid containers into Petco Park (with the exception of factory-sealed water bottles that are twenty (20) ounces or less).
No person may enter Petco Park who is obviously intoxicated; Team Members refusing admission will be fully supported by management and security.
Alcoholic beverages of any kind may not be removed from the ballpark.
Alcohol Sales Policies:
Team Members who handle alcoholic beverage sales must subscribe to the following practices:*
All guests purchasing an alcoholic beverage must present one of the following valid IDs: state issued drivers license, state ID, military ID, or passport.
Guests appearing under thirty (30) years of age must be carded.
Guests are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per transaction.
Alcoholic beverages are not vended in seating areas.
Sales of alcoholic beverages cease at the end of the 7th inning.
* The Padres and Sportservice reserve the right to alter these policies at any time.
ALL-STAR BALLOTING
The San Diego Padres encourage all guests to participate in the All-Star balloting process which typically runs from early May through the end of June. During the All-Star balloting process, guests can pick up All-Star ballots at any Guest Services Center or ballot box located throughout Petco Park, and cast their votes at padres.com.
This year's All-Star game will be played on July 10, 2012 at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
ANIMALS/PETS
Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome at Petco Park. On select promotional dates (such as Dog Days of Summer), pets are permitted into certain areas of the ballpark. Exceptions will be made at the discretion and authorization of the San Diego Padres.
When the Park at the Park is open to the public, the City of San Diego enforces the "leash law" as stated in San Diego Municipal Code §63.0102 Use of Public Parks and Beaches Regulated (b)(2).
ATMs
There are six (6) San Diego County Credit Union ATMs located throughout Petco Park. They are located outside of the Home Plate and Gaslamp Gates, as well as near Sections 105, 114, 135 and 301.

BAGS/BACKPACKS
All soft-sided containers and bags sixteen (16) inches by sixteen (16) inches by eight (8) inches or smaller are permitted into Petco Park. All bags and containers are subject to inspection by security prior to entering the ballpark. Hard-sided coolers and bags or backpacks with metal frames are not permitted into Petco Park
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Petco Park and the San Diego Padres welcome fan support as demonstrated by homemade signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not distract others, we ask that guests adhere to the following guidelines:
The Padres request that banners not be placed in the direct sight line of the batter and/or hung in any area of the playing field or over seat backs, protective railings, infringe on the sight lines of other guests, obstruct any advertising signage, be larger than four (4) feet by eight (8) feet in size, or be commercial, political, or obscene in nature.
The Padres have sole discretion to permit or remove any sign or banner from the ballpark at any time.

"THE BEACH"
Located just beyond the right field fence, "The Beach" sand area is a unique part of the Petco Park experience. Guests are welcome to visit this destination during batting practice times to get an up-close glimpse of their favorite Major League player or catch the occasional home run ball. All guests are welcomed to visit the Beach from gate opening time until the end of batting practice. The Beach is reserved to Bleacher Ticket Holders from the conclusion of batting practice until the final out of the ballgame.
BEACH BALLS
Inflatable items (such as beach balls, bats, dolls, etc.), Frisbees, and other similar objects are prohibited inside Petco Park.
BICYCLE PAVILION
The Bicycle Pavilion will be open and available for all Padres Sunday games during the 2011 season. The Bicycle Pavilion, located at Park Boulevard and Tony Gwynn Drive allows fans to park their bicycles in a secured area staffed by a Padres representative.
BIKE PARKING
Bicycle stands are available for use during all ballpark events by guests and Team Members outside the Home Plate, Park Boulevard, Gaslamp, Downtown and Balboa Gates.
BOTTLES/CANS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
Factory-sealed, bottled water that is twenty (20) ounces or less and soft-sided single juice or milk containers are the only outside beverages permitted in to Petco Park. Guests with disabilities may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons in to the ballpark.
BREAKFAST AT THE PARK
For all Sunday home games during the 2012 season, guests can enjoy a unique dining opportunity – breakfast on the playing field prior to game time. "Breakfast at the Park" offers specialty breakfast items in the Park at the Park and at select concessions stands throughout the ballpark. On-field seating is offered as available, with additional seating located at the Batters' Eye and the Picnic Terraces.
BRICK PROJECTS
Palm Court Plaza (2004) - More than 11,900 bricks were installed in Palm Court Plaza before in 2004 as part of the San Diego Ballpark Brick Program. This program raised nearly $250,000 for the Padres Foundation, the club's charitable arm, and donated back to local non-profits.
Tony Gwynn Plaza (2007) – Nearly 2,000 bricks were installed in the Park at the Park, surrounding a beautiful bronze statue of Mr. Padre, Tony Gwynn. The plaza and statue were dedicated on July 21, 2007 celebrating Tony's induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Palm Court and Tony Gwynn Plaza bricks are no longer available for sale. Guests wishing to locate a specific brick in either plaza area should visit the Petco Park Section of the Padres website at padres.com.
BULLPENS
The San Diego Padres bullpen is located in left center field in front of the Picnic Terrace. The visiting bullpen is situated along the right field foul line.

CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS
Guests are welcome to bring still cameras, video cameras and other electronic recording devices in to Petco Park for their personal use. Guests must avoid obstructing the views of others when using video or photography equipment. The San Diego Padres reserve the right to request that guests discontinue filming or taking photographs on ballpark property.
CELLULAR TELEPHONES
Guests are welcome to use cellular telephones in Petco Park provided their use does not disturb other guests.
CHAMPIONSHIP BANNERS
The San Diego Padres are proud to display pennants representing our league and division championship titles on flagpoles behind the Picnic Terraces. These pennants are color coded for the championships they represent: red and white for our 1984 and 1998 National League Championships, navy and white for our 1996, 2005 and 2006 National League West Championships.
CHEWING TOBACCO
Chewing tobacco is prohibited in Petco Park.
CHILDREN
Petco Park offers complimentary admission to children under thirty-six (36) inches in height, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.
CHOCOLAT GELATO AND CREPES
Serving gourmet gelato and crepes located at Park at the Park. Their gelatos are also available at the SUH-Weet! concession stand located in section 208.
CLUB 19
An intimate and cozy lounge, with couches and coffee table-style seating serving delicious salads, pizza, meatloaf and Tony Gywnn's inspired chicken tenders. Located in the Toyota Terrace along the first base line between sections 213 and 215.
CORONADOS
A full-service terrace bar overlooking the San Diego Bay and the Convention Center; Located on the Toyota Terrace level, behind home plate between sections 202 and 201.
CONCESSIONS
The San Diego Padres and Sportservice are committed to establishing and maintaining a high standard for the variety, quality, service, and presentation of concessions at Petco Park. An extensive menu of dining options is available to guests while visiting Petco Park.

ENTRY
Only those guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted in Petco Park.
EXIT/RE-ENTRY
Guests wishing to leave Petco Park but planning to return during the same game must have their ticket and hand stamped by gate personnel prior to exiting. Only guests with both a stamped valid ticket stub and a stamped hand will be granted re-entry into the ballpark.

FIRST AID
First Aid Stations are located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) at Section 108 and in the Power Alley between Sections 129 and 131. Trained medical personnel are on duty for all major events to assist guests.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES
The San Diego Padres permit guests to bring food into Petco Park for individual consumption (but not for large groups of individuals) as long as the items are consumed in the general seating or designated picnic areas. Outside food cannot be brought into any restaurant, club lounge, or suite. Guests must also adhere to the following:
All food items should be wrapped, bagged, or left inside a container to avoid spillage.
Food that might be thrown as a projectile must be sliced or sectioned (i.e., oranges, apples and other fruits).
Food containers must be soft-sided and small enough to fit under the guest's seat. All bottles, cans, thermoses, jugs as well as containers larger than sixteen (16) inches by sixteen (16) inches by eight (8) inches are prohibited.

FOUL BALLS/HOME RUN BALLS
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the playing field. Guests throwing any object onto the playing field or interfering with a ball in play are subject to removal from Petco Park. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls that could land in the seating areas.

GATE TIMES
Many ballpark gates open for admittance one and one-half (1 1/2) hours prior to the first pitch for Monday through Thursday games, and two (2) hours before the first pitch for Friday through Sunday games. The Park at the Park opens two and one-half (2 1/2) hours prior to the first pitch and allow guest access to the Park at the Park and the Padres Power Alley.
Gate times are subject to change for special events, including Opening Day and post-season play.
Season Ticket Holders have special pre-game access to batting practice in the ballpark through the Park Boulevard Gate.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Ticket Office: Gift certificates for ticket purchases are available at the Petco Park Box Office, any Advance Ticket Window,, online at
padres.com, or by calling (619) 795-5005. Gift Certificates are redeemable for any regular season San Diego Padres game at Petco Park.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
The San Diego Padres and their contracted service partners are committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience for all guests. Team Members will be proactive and ensure the following:
The progress of the game or event is not disrupted by guests' actions or by unauthorized persons accessing the playing field or restricted areas.
Inappropriate or indecent clothing does not detract from the guest experience.
Guests can enjoy the ballpark experience free from foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
Guests refrain from displays of affection inappropriate in a public family setting.
Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest is handled in a prompt and safe manner.
Guests present their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed locations.
The Padres reserve the right to remove any guest at any time who does not comply with the Guest Code of Conduct.

GUEST INTERFERENCE
In the interest of player and guest safety, the San Diego Padres maintain a zero tolerance regarding guest interference with a ball in play, disruption of an event, or interference with a VIP. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from Petco Park.
GUEST SERVICES CENTERS
The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108, and is open from the time gates open until the ballpark is cleared. In addition to the Main Guest Services Center, there is a Guest Services Center on the Street Level near Home Plate Gate and on the Upper Deck at Section 313. Guests on the Toyota Terrace level can access the Concierge Desk located near Section 208. All locations offer helpful information about Petco Park and the San Diego Padres.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES - SERVICES OFFERED
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
The San Diego Padres are pleased to offer complimentary Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) to guests with hearing difficulties. ALDs can be obtained at any of the three (3) Guest Services Centers located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108, the Toyota Terrace Concierge Desk at Section 208 and on the Upper Deck at Section 313. Identification will be required and held to reserve a device. Identification will be returned once the ALD is returned.
Braille/Large Print Menus & Publications
Braille and large print menus are available upon request at all concession stands. In addition, many Petco Park brochures are available in Braille and large print at any Guest Services Center.
Courtesy Rides
A complimentary shuttle service is available for guests with disabilities or special needs. The shuttle service provides transportation between the Padres Parkade, Tailgate Park, the MTS Garage, 6th & K Parkade and Petco Park.
Disabled Seating
The San Diego Padres have designated seats in Petco Park specifically for guests with disabilities in each of the following categories: wheelchair accessible, semi-ambulatory and transfer seats. In most cases, accompanying companion seats are available.
Wheelchair spaces are available for guests with disabilities who utilize a wheelchair
Semi-ambulatory seats are available for guests with disabilities who require additional leg room beyond the minimum of twenty-four (24) inches traditional ballpark seating provides

Elevators
Guests with disabilities can utilize a number of elevators located throughout Petco Park. Elevators to access various ballpark levels are located near Sections 111, 114, 117, 137, 201, 217, 226, 235, 300, 311, 317, 314, 328, inside the Western Metal Supply Co. Building, as well as at the Gaslamp, East Village, Park Boulevard and Home Plate Gates.
Emergency Evacuations
Guest Services Representatives have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board as well as announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address system.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are designated for families and guests with disabilities who require private accommodations or additional assistance. Family restrooms are located in Petco Park at Sections 109, 202, 219, 310 and 311.
First Aid
First Aid Stations are located at Sections 108, between 129 and 131, and on the Service Level adjacent to the Guest Safety Center. Trained medical personnel are on duty for all events to assist guests as necessary.
Gate Times
Many ballpark gates open one and one-half (1½) hours prior to the first pitch for Monday through Thursday games and two (2) hours before the first pitch for Friday through Sunday games. The Park at the Park opens two and one-half (2 1/2) hours prior to the first pitch and allows guest access to the Park at the Park and to the Padres Power Alley. All ballpark entries are fully accessible. Season Ticket Holders have special pre-game access to batting practice in the ballpark through Park Boulevard Gate.
Guest Services Centers
Guests needing assistance should approach an event staff member or stop by a Guest Services Center located outside the Home Plate Gate, near Sections 108 or 313, or at the Concierge Desk adjacent to Section 208. The Guest Services Centers offer a number of services including Assistive Listening Devices, Ballpark Information, Birthday Buttons, Designated Driver Program, San Diego and Neighboring Communities Information, San Diego Padres and Petco Park Publications, Lost & Found Items, Lost Children/Adults, Loaner Wheelchairs, Stroller/Wheelchair Drop-Off and Storage.
Parking
All parking lots and structures designated by the San Diego Padres and Ace Parking for Petco Park provide parking spaces for guests with disabilities.
Service Animals
Service Animals are welcomed at Petco Park. Petco Park Guest Services Representatives are available to escort guests to a service animal relief area located outside the ballpark at Linear Park on Tony Gwynn Drive. A Guest Services Representative will escort the guest back into the ballpark. Bowls for water are available at any Guest Services Center.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for temporary use at the Guest Services Center located on the Street Level near the Home Plate Gate, Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108 and the Upper Deck near Section 313. Identification will be required when a wheelchair is checked out and will be returned once the wheelchair is returned. Wheelchair storage is available at the Guest Services Center on Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108. Wheelchair escorts to and from seats are available upon request.

HALL OF FAME PLAQUES
In 2005, the Padres unveiled the Hall of Fame Porch, located on the field side of the Batters' Eye. The Hall of Fame Porch pays tribute to the former Padres players who are enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. On select dates, guests can visit the area before the start of a game.
HEALTHY FOOD
Healthy food alternatives including salads, vegetarian and gluten free entrees are available throughout Petco Park and at the Friar Fit cart located in the Mercado (Section 104).
HODAD'S
A local favorite recognized as one of the best burger joints in the country. Visit Hodad's on the Toyota Terrace Level near section 203. Their famous burgers are also available at the PCL Club.
HOME RUNS
The audio and video graphics celebrating Padres players' home runs at Petco Park have a distinct military and nautical flavor. The sound of a ship's horn is the actual recording of the Navy's USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), a nuclear aircraft carrier, home ported in San Diego. To accompany the horn, a fireworks spectacular and flame towers blast from the Batters' Eye porch during night games.

INSTANT RECESS
Prior to every Sunday home game during the season, the Padres conduct a FriarFit Instant Recess fitness break out at the Park at the Park. The 10-minute session, open to all fans, begins at noon and features a video which guides fans through nine (9) different baseball-related exercises.

LA CANTINA BAR
Located at the Mercado on the Field Level and on the Upper Level in section 328, La Cantina Bar is an outdoor full bar offering wine and spirits, specializing in margaritas. Guests may choose from margaritas, draft beer, bottled beer, wine and cocktails
LASER POINTERS
Laser pointers are not permitted inside Petco Park.
LOST AND FOUND
Misplaced articles may be turned in at the Main Guest Services Center on the Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108. Lost articles will be catalogued and held for thirty (30) days. Items not claimed after thirty (30) days are disposed of or donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours should call (619) 795-5401.
LOST, STOLEN, FORGOTTEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS
The San Diego Padres are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or destroyed tickets. Tickets will not be replaced free of charge. A police report is required to verify stolen tickets.
LUGGAGE
For the general safety of Petco Park guests, luggage is not allowed into the Ballpark. In addition, no luggage or bags larger than the allowable 16 inches x 16 inches x 8 inches size can be checked in at Petco Park at the Guest Services Center or any Ballpark area.

MAJOR LEAGUE MEMORIES
Creating positive moments every time a guest comes to Petco Park defines our Major League Memories Program. Guests can pass on their Major League Memories by completing a Comment Card.
MERCADO

NOISE-MAKING DEVICES
Musical instruments or any type of noise-making device are prohibited from being brought into Petco Park. Any exceptions will be at the discretion and authorization of the San Diego Padres.

Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the nearest family restrooms at Sections 109, 111, 202, 219, 310 and 311 or stop by the Main Guest Services Center on the Field Level (Main Concourse) adjacent to Section 108.

The PCL (Pacific Coast League) Club, decorated with vintage Pacific Coast League Memorabilia, offers an a la carte regional Southern California cuisine with a picnic style seating and a full bar serving wine and spirits. This club is located on the Field Level in section 107, between home plate & first base.
PADRES HALL OF FAME BAR & GRILL
The Padres Hall of Fame Bar & Grill is located on the fifth floor of the Western Metal Supply Co. Building near Section 226 and offers carving and sauté stations along with a full bar serving wine and spirits.
PADRES MAJESTIC TEAM STORE
The Padres Majestic Team Store is located on the first floor (Street Level, Section 126) of the Western Metal Supply Co. Building and offers official San Diego Padres merchandise for purchase. The store opens to a standing room area on the left field warning track. There is a viewing area for guests to stand immediately adjacent to the outfield fence, literally inches from the action.
Operating Hours: Game Days: Opens at 10:00 am but closes for one (1) hour before gates open in preparation for the game. Store re-opens when the ballpark gates open and closes one (1) hour after the conclusion of each home game.
Non-game Days: Open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays.

PADRES MERCHANDISE
Padres Majestic Team Store Express Outlets are located conveniently throughout Petco Park. Guests can purchase an assortment of official team items at these outlets. The outlets also offer sunscreen, disposable cameras and batteries.
There are three (3) San Diego Padres novelty stores offering team merchandise, as well as other game day essentials. Two (2) novelty stores are located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) at Sections 102 and across from the Omni Premier Club. The other locations are easily accessible on the Upper Concourse at Sections 303 and 314. Merchandise carts are located on the Field Level (Main Concourse), the Toyota Terrace Club, Park at the Park and Upper Concourse.
PARK AT THE PARK
Just beyond the outfield fence is the approximately 2.7 acre Park at the Park. During non-event hours, the Park at the Park serves as a neighborhood park. During ballpark events, it is utilized for special functions, guest seating and a social area. A Little League infield, Picnic Hill, kids' play area, groves of trees, as well as the Tony Gwynn statue and brick plaza define this unique part of the Petco Park experience.
The Park at the Park is open two and one-half (2 1/2) hours prior to game time for guests to enjoy batting practice and other pre-game activities.
PICNIC HILL
Located inside the Park at the Park (with limited views of the playing field), Picnic Hill serves as a location for guests to relax and picnic while enjoying ballpark events. During Padres games and major functions, a game ticket is required to be in this area.
PLAYER APPEARANCES

POSTPONED EVENTS
In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, guests are advised to check the San Diego Padres website at padres.com, local newspapers, or Padres media affiliates for updates.
POSTPONED GAMES
The right to delay the start of a game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the umpires and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game will be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play will be halted during a game; when play will be resumed; and whether and when a game will be terminated due to bad weather or unsafe playing conditions.
POWER ALLEY
The Padres Power Alley is a family entertainment area open to all guests. Located on the Mezzanine Level beneath the Right Field Grandstand, the Padres Power Alley offers an interactive batting cage, Fast Pitch game, Salute to the Military Display, which includes a model and brief history of the USS Midway (CV-41), as well as a tribute to those Major League Players who have served our country.
The Padres Power Alley is open two and one-half (2 1?2) hours prior to game time. The interactive batting cage and Fast Pitch game close at the end of the 7th inning.

PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS
During the 2011 baseball season, all fan promotional giveaways will be distributed to the first 25,000 guests on 12 Saturday home games. Kids giveaways will be distributed each Sunday home game to the first 8,000 guests that are 14 years and under.

RETIRED NUMBERS
The San Diego Padres have retired five (5) numbers to date: Steve Garvey's No. 6, Tony Gwynn's No. 19, Dave Winfield's No. 31, Randy Jones' No. 35, Jackie Robinson's No. 42, which was retired in 1997 by Major League Baseball and Trevor Hoffman's No. 51. In addition to the retired numbers appearing above the Batters' Eye, the initials of RAK, honoring long-time owner Ray Kroc, and the "star" recognizing the efforts of long-time broadcaster Jerry Coleman, celebrating his trademark "Hang A Star!" are displayed in front of the Press Box on the Toyota Terrace Club.

SAN DIEGO PADRES BLUEPRINT
The official homestand program of the San Diego Padres is published ten times during the regular season, approximately (1) per homestand. This publication contains features on Padres players, opponent information, minor league updates and community reports.
The San Diego Padres Blueprint is distributed free at the gates; Padres merchandise stands, Fan Program counters and select free-standing displays on the Main Concourse.

Complimentary scorecards are available in the San Diego Padres Blueprint, distributed at all entry gates.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
A complimentary shuttle service is available for guests with disabilities. The shuttle service provides transportation between the Padres Parkade, Tailgate Park, the MTS Garage and Petco Park with specific pick-up locations designated by A-Frame signage. The shuttle service is available two (2) hours prior to a scheduled game start and continues for approximately one (1) hour following the conclusion of the game. Guests utilizing this service following the game should report to the Street Level Guest Service Center as a designated shuttle pickup location.
SKY BRIDGE
The Omni Hotel Sky Bridge opens one and one-half (1 1/2) hours prior to game start for Monday through Thursday games and two (2) hours prior to game start for Friday through Sunday games. Access to the sky bridge is limited to Omni Hotel guests, pass holders, and Founders Club Members. All guests must have a valid game ticket to enter the ballpark.
SMOKING POLICY
Petco Park is a smoke-free facility. Guests who wish to utilize standard or electronic smoking devices at a Petco Park event are required to utilize the designated locations outside the ballpark. Guests wishing to exit the ballpark and return to the same event must receive a re-entry stamp from gate personnel.
SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from the San Diego Padres.
In addition, the Padres prohibit the placing of any of the above listed items on the windshields of parked vehicles.
SONY DUGOUT LOUNGE
This private space, located just steps from Home Plate, offers natural lighting through floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a spacious adjacent patio. Ideal for casual receptions or business meetings.

An exclusive club with its own private entrance, featuring a wine room, distinctive furnishings and an elegant atmosphere for networking and celebrating.
STORAGE
Guests should use the space available beneath their seats to store personal items. Wheelchairs and strollers may be checked at the Guest Services Centers located on the Field Level (Main Concourse) at Section 108, the Upper Deck near section 313, as well as the Toyota Terrace Concierge Desk adjacent to Section 208.
STROLLERS
Petco Park welcomes guests with strollers. However, their use must not limit guest movement or block aisles. Strollers may be checked at the Guest Services Centers located on the Field Level (Main Concourse), at Section 108, the Upper Deck near section 313, as well as the Toyota Terrace Concierge Desk adjacent to Section 208. Strollers are not permitted to be stored or left unattended on the concourse.
SWINGING FRIAR
"The Swinging Friar" is the official mascot of the San Diego Padres. This fun-loving character pre-dates the Major League Padres, first serving as the mascot for the Pacific Coast League Padres. He was chosen as the mascot in 1961 and has become a Padres fixture.

Ticket Delivery Options:
Mail
Tickets purchased at least ten (10) days prior to a select game will be mailed First Class. All games ordered in the same transaction on the account will be mailed together within three (3) to five (5) business days of purchase.
Print-at-Home
Guests will receive a separate email containing print-at-home tickets. However, if a customers' system has a spam blocker enabled, it may block the attachment. Customers must have Adobe Acrobat software (free online) to use this option.
Will Call
Tickets ordered by phone or on the Internet may be picked up at any open ticket window at the Main Box Office located at Petco Park during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or at any open ticket window on a game day.
Customers should print and bring their confirmation number with a photo I.D. and the credit card used to make the purchase to claim tickets. It is recommended that customers claim tickets prior to the game date whenever possible.
TICKETING GAMEDAY CONCERNS:
Refunds, credits, or other compensation cannot be issued to fans who report problems once a game is off-sale. The Padres cannot assume responsibility and will not compensate for problems or inconveniences due to parking, traffic, public transportation, ballpark policies, ballpark construction, weather, behavior of fans, concessions, inaccurate information provided by the media, lost or stolen property, changes in game time or promotional events, mail that does not reach its destination due to post office error/inaccurate address, or any conditions which are not due to the error or omission by the San Diego Padres or beyond the club's control.
TICKET WINDOW LOCATIONS
Ticket windows are located outside the East Village, Gaslamp and Home Plate Gates, as well as internally at Sections 108, 129 and 313.

Guests may request footage of a pre-game ceremony or in-game promotion. For information on how to request footage, call the Video Request line at (619) 795-5292. General crowd shot footage shown on the video board is not available for purchase.
All dubs will be on DVD. The dub fee for pre-game ceremony or ingame promotion participants is $15.00 and for non-participants, the fee is $30.00. Video of an entire game is not available for purchase.

WATER BOTTLES
Factory-sealed, bottled water twenty (20) ounces or less is permitted into Petco Park. Guests may also bring empty, sport-type water bottles and fill them at any water fountain throughout the ballpark.
WESTERN METAL SUPPLY CO. BUILDING
The Western Metal Supply Co. Building, built in 1909 at a cost of $60,000, was designed by architect Henry Lord Gay. The building and its employees were instrumental in supplying metal goods to the Southern California region early last century, taking advantage of the new Santa Fe Railroad system. Completely reinforced and retrofitted to comply with current building codes, the Western Metal Supply Co. Building today serves as the signature feature of Petco Park and supports the left field foul pole. The Padres Majestic Team Store makes its home on the building's first floor. The second and third floors offer private party suites available for rent on a game-by-game basis. The fourth floor hosts the Padres Hall of Fame Bar & Grill. Rooftop bleacher seating for groups is available up top.
