In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Respect.

Why did you join the program? So I can be a leader and have skills of a leader for my community and throughout my life.

What have you gained from the program? I have learned to communicate better and more often.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part is mentoring at different schools so that I'm able to become a better leader and help little kids.
