Phillies players Hamels, Ibanez, Rollins, Victorino and Werth set to unveil their personally designed jerseys, T-shirts and caps
NEW YORK -- On Friday, June 4, during a press conference at a Philadelphia Modell's sporting goods store, the Major League Baseball Players Association and Philadelphia Phillies players Cole Hamels, Raul Ibanez, Jimmy Rollins, Shane Victorino and Jayson Werth will unveil the Players Choice Signature Series™ jerseys, T-shirts and caps the players designed exclusively for their fans, with each product expressing their unique personalities and attitudes.

The jerseys, T-shirts and caps designed by the Phillies players as part of the Major League Baseball Players Association's Players Choice Signature Series™ will go on sale for the first time that day at Philadelphia-area Modell's locations, at Citizen's Bank Park during that evening's Phillies game and online at MLB.com. The players produced the products in a two-month design and manufacturing process with the MLBPA and its apparel licensees, VF/Majestic (jerseys & T-shirts) and Twins/Banner 47 (caps).
Players from the New York Yankees, New York Mets and Minnesota Twins also designed caps, T-shirts and jerseys as part of the Signature Series program. The Yankees will unveil their designs this afternoon (3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 2) during a press conference at Yankee Stadium, and plans for the Mets and Twins media unveilings will be announced when finalized.
