Felix Hernandez was nearly unhittable for seven innings, retiring the first 11 batters he faced and heading into the eighth working on a two-hitter. But Hernandez allowed six straight hitters to reach with two outs, and a Mariners ninth-inning rally wasn't enough to pick up the righty.
