Beckett struggles in finale

It was a night to forget for Josh Beckett. In his shortest outing since joining the Red Sox, the right-hander yielded three home runs and saw his night end in the fourth inning after throwing 100 pitches. Designated hitter David Ortiz knocked in two runs and Mike Lowell added an RBI double.
