    The TORONTO BLUE JAYS, with the expanded September rosters have recalled INF MUNENORI KAWASAKI, LHP ARRON LOUP, OF DALTON POMPEY, RHP RYAN TEPERA and have selected the contract of LHP JEFF FRANCIS. To make room on the 40-man roster for Francis, LHP COLT HYNES has been designated for assignment.

    The Blue Jays Baseball Academy and Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar are pleased to announce the 160 players selected to participate in Tournament 12, presented by New Era. Players selected include: Josh Burgmann (BC), Peter Hutzal (Alberta), Brett Esau (Saskatchewan), Victor Cerny (Manitoba), Andy Yerzy (Ontario), Mathieu Denault-Gauthier (Quebec), Dominic Tardif (New Brunswick), Nathan Livingston (Nova Scotia) Kyle Pinksen (PEI), and Daniel Rice (Newfoundland).     The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have claimed RHP DONN ROACH off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds. To make room on the 40-man roster the Blue Jays have transferred outfielder MICHAEL SAUNDERS from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list

  • Blue Jays Postseason ticket information

    The TORONTO BLUE JAYS, in preparation for the potential of Postseason play at Rogers Centre in 2015, will begin to sell Postseason tickets starting with Season Ticket Holders on Wednesday August 26. This will be followed by Flex Pack Holders and then new Season Ticket Holders for the 2016 season along with honouring commitments to Major League Baseball.

    On Wednesday, August 19, JAYS CARE FOUNDATION, in partnership with TORONTO COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION, will celebrate the conclusion of the 27th season of Rookie League in Toronto at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Over 1,200 Rookie League participants will enjoy a day of baseball activities on the athletic fields.

    The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have recalled IF MATT HAGUE from the Buffalo Bisons (AAA) to replace LHP AARON LOUP who was optioned to Buffalo yesterday and today have optioned RHP DREW HUTCHISON to Buffalo.

    On August 7, the Erindale Lions Little League and ErinoakKids, the province's largest children's treatment and rehabilitation centre, will unveil a Field of Dreams at Springfield Park, made possible in part by a $43,690 investment from Jays Care Foundation.
