using Ticket Toss.

Ticket Toss allows season ticket holders to e-mail their tickets to whomever they wish, for any game in their season ticket package. All you need to toss your tickets to a friend is an active season ticket account and a name and e-mail address of the recipient.

  • When you toss your tickets, the recipient has the option to accept or decline the offer.
  • If accepted, your original tickets will no longer be valid. You will be notified via email as to whether or not the recipient has accepted the toss.
  • You will also be able to accept ticket tosses into your account, and, once tickets are accepted, you will be able to view your newly tossed tickets along with your other ticket inventory on your account.

How to send tickets via Ticket Toss
  1. Once you have logged into your account, go to the My Tickets tab.
  2. Click the + next to the game you would like to toss.
  3. Select the seats you would like to toss.
  4. To the right of each seat, a window will appear where you must fill in the LAST four characters above the bar code on the physical ticket. The system is case sensitive.
  5. Select the Ticket Toss button at the bottom of the page.
  6. Select the recipient to receive the tickets.
  7. Click Ticket Toss. The recipient will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to accept or decline the tickets.
  8. A Ticket Toss may be cancelled at any time before it is accepted.
How to Accept or Decline a Ticket Toss Offer
  1. Click on the link in your e-mail.
  2. Log in to Ticket Toss using the account number provided in the e-mail. If it is your first time using Ticket Toss, you will be asked to create a new account.
  3. From the To Do List, select the tickets you would like to accept or decline.
  4. When accepting a toss, you will be asked to provide a credit card. This card will not be charged - it is for identification purposes only.
  5. If you accept the toss, the tickets will appear on your My Tickets page.
  6. All accepted tosses will be available either via Fenway Park will call or Print at Home.
