My Red Sox Tickets allows you to manage your season tickets quickly and easily.
Creating a new account or linking an existing MLB.com account allows you to take full advantage of the My Red Sox Tickets features, particularly your ability to synchronize all of your ticket activity from redsox.com, on one account (season tickets or individual game purchases).
In your My Red Sox Tickets account you will find the My Tickets tab at the top of this page. My Red Sox Tickets allows you to view, transfer, and track your personal season ticket inventory.
Use the My Account tab to update your account information, such as your password, email address, phone number and credit card information (no name change).
The "To Do List" is where a balance can be paid or your ticket plan can be renewed (when applicable).
Instructions for Using Ticket Toss
When the recipient receives the email notification, the link to accept or decline the tickets will take them to the My Tickets log in page where they can enter existing account information or create a new account. All recipients will need a My Tickets account to accept tickets.
If a ticket toss offer is received by someone who already has a My Tickets account, the transfer offer will also appear in the 'To Do List' tab on their account. If the tickets are accepted, they will appear in the 'My Tickets' tab.
