MLB.COM ACCOUNT LINK

Creating a new account or linking an existing MLB.com account allows you to take full advantage of the My Red Sox Tickets features, particularly your ability to synchronize all of your ticket activity from redsox.com, on one account (season tickets or individual game purchases).

If you have an existing registered MLB.com account:
  1. Enter your registered MLB.com email account and MLB.com password.
  2. Enter a nickname for your My Tickets account.
  3. Select the Link MLB.com Account button to associate the accounts.
If you need to create an MLB.com account, then please register your email address with the following steps:
  1. Enter your email address in the MLB.com email field.
  2. Enter the password you would like to associate with this account.
  3. Re-enter your password from step #2.
  4. Enter a nickname for this account.
  5. Select the Create new MLB.com Account.
RENEWING YOUR SEASON TICKETS THROUGH MY RED SOX TICKETS
  1. Log into your My Red Sox Tickets Account
  2. Click on "To Do List" on the upper right portion of the page
  3. You will find the season ticket package(s) on your Red Sox Season Ticket Account (Please note, if you have parking, or addiitional ticket plans, they will appear on a separate order line and any payments made to this item are separate of those posted to your season ticket plans)
  4. Click on the specific season ticket item to proceed
  5. A renewal screen will appear showing your specific seat location and payment options
  6. Click on the plan you wish to pay for.
  7. Enter all necessary credit card information and select "Submit Payment" (Please note, the address on your Red Sox Season Ticket account must match your billing address)
  8. You will receive an email confirming payment
MY RED SOX TICKETS ACCOUNT

In your My Red Sox Tickets account you will find the My Tickets tab at the top of this page. My Red Sox Tickets allows you to view, transfer, and track your personal season ticket inventory.

How to use your Inventory Manager:
  1. Click the My Tickets tab.
  2. View the list of your tickets for upcoming games.
  3. Click the plus (+) symbol next to each game to view each of your personal seats.

Use the My Account tab to update your account information, such as your password, email address, phone number and credit card information (no name change).

The "To Do List" is where a balance can be paid or your ticket plan can be renewed (when applicable).

TICKET TOSS

Instructions for Using Ticket Toss

  1. Log into your My Red Sox Tickets Account.
  2. Select the 'My Tickets' tab at the top of the page.
  3. From your 'My Tickets' page, click the expand button (+) next to the game date you wish to toss. After clicking the expand button, all your seats for that game will be displayed.
  4. Check the box next to each ticket you wish to toss for the selected game. You can select tickets to more than one game.
  5. Click the Ticket Toss button.
  6. Review the "Create offer" page to ensure that you have chosen the correct tickets that you wish to toss.
  7. Select ticket recipient. Use the convenient drop down list of recipients that you have previously entered, or enter a new recipient. To add a new recipient, enter the person's full name and email address in the boxes provided.
  8. Type a personal message to the recipient, up to 255 characters, in the space provided.
  9. Click the 'Ticket Toss' button at the bottom of the page. The Recipient will receive an email with your personal message and instructions on how to accept or decline the tickets.
  10. A transfer offer may be cancelled at any time before it is accepted. Simply navigate to your History tab, click on the offer number of the Toss you wish to cancel, and click the 'Cancel Ticket Toss' button.
  11. If the recipient accepts the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the selected game.
  12. If the recipient declines the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will remain valid.

When the recipient receives the email notification, the link to accept or decline the tickets will take them to the My Tickets log in page where they can enter existing account information or create a new account. All recipients will need a My Tickets account to accept tickets.

If a ticket toss offer is received by someone who already has a My Tickets account, the transfer offer will also appear in the 'To Do List' tab on their account. If the tickets are accepted, they will appear in the 'My Tickets' tab.
