For all remaining 2009 regular season home games, fans are invited to come out to the ballpark during the first hour after gates open to enjoy Fenway Family Hour, which features nine popular food items at up to 50% off in price. Offerings include: Fenway Franks, pizza slices, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, fruit cups, veggie cups, bags of burgers (three sliders), and Hoodsie ice cream cups. The family fun doesn't stop there as balloon artists, face painters, jugglers, and bands will be featured throughout the ballpark.

If the kids need a break from the action on the field, make sure that you stop by the Best Buy Player's Club located in the Big Concourse above the Family Restroom. This unique area becomes a family lounge during the game complete with interactive games and flat screen televisions a climate controlled room. It's the perfect area for families who need a little break from the action.
If you have never been to Fenway Park before make sure that you stop into one of the Fan Services booths located throughout the ballpark to receive your "First Timers" fan items.
Red Sox Nation citizens are eligible to watch batting practice from atop the Green Monster thirty (30) minutes prior to gates opening. One guest with a valid game ticket may accompany each Red Sox Nation member. To participate, citizens must arrive at Gate C, The Nation's Way, one hour before gates open. Citizens should be sure to enter Fenway via Gate C and scan their citizenship cards to be eligible to win a prize or receive a seat upgrade!

Changes to Ipswich Street pregame access: Two-way traffic will be allowed on Ipswich Street from three (3) hours before game time until game start time. After the game, it will return to a one-way directional street and post game traffic will be allowed to exit the ballpark onto Ipswich Street; however, traffic from the Back Bay will be again be restricted from entering Ipswich St.
