The following 75 raffle winners have been selected in a random drawing to skate at Fenway Park on January 9, 2010, from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Owners of winning Raffle ticket numbers have only until 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 7, 2010, at the latest to present their winning Raffle tickets to claim their Prizes. Each potential winner must contact the Red Sox Foundation directly to begin the authentication process required to claim his/her prize by appearing in person at the Red Sox Foundation's office at 4 Yawkey Way, Boston, MA, with his/her winning raffle ticket between the hours of 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET starting Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Alternatively, a potential winner may contact sponsor during the preceding timeframe by calling 617-226-6440 or sending an e-mail containing their potential winner's contact information and copy of their ticket to redsoxfoundation@redsox.com.
The Red Sox Foundation will try to contact the purchasers-of-record of the 75 winning entries ("Potential Winners") by mail, phone or e-mail immediately after the Drawing, to notify them that they are Potential Winners, but only if and to the extent that Sponsor can successfully identify and contact such Potential Winners based on the identifying and contact information supplied by the purchasers of the Entries in question. It is not the Sponsors responsibility to contact owners of winning tickets.
Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize. Sponsor's decision concerning the identity of all Official winners shall be final and binding.
