Red Sox Nation and Red Sox Kid Nation have spoken! After whittling the entrants down to 25 from 960 applications, you voted on who would be the next Kid Nation Captains presented by Hood. The winners are:
The 12 winners were invited to Fenway Park for an inauguration ceremony and a private board meeting with Hood and Red Sox executives. The Captains also received a tour of Fenway, tickets to a Red Sox game, Hood Red Sox Ice Cream for a year and a personalized Red Sox jersey.
Please join the Kid Nation Captains at the Timilty Middle School in Roxbury for a service day on Saturday, November 5!
About Red Sox Kid Nation presented by Hood
Red Sox Kid Nation presented by Hood was created in 2004 and has grown to become the largest Kids' Club in Major League Baseball with more than 17,000 members. The club offers young Red Sox fans an opportunity to be a part of the team and enjoy fun contests, gear and discounts for New England products and events. They also have the opportunity to participate in special events and meet Red Sox players.
