Release Agreement

By submitting my photo to soxfan@mobilebullpen.com, I agree to give to redsox.com and its affiliates the perpetual and unlimited right and license to use, edit, modify, duplicate and/or create derivative works from my photo in all media. Further, I represent that I own all copyrights in the photo and caption or have authorization from all copyright owners, and that I have the express permission of all individuals in the photo to submit it to redsox.com. I understand that redsox.com is under no obligation to use my photo, all submissions are subject to the redsox.com Terms of Use, and all information is treated in accordance with the redsox.com Privacy Policy. If I do not agree to all of these terms, I will not submit a photo to redsox.com.
