A: No, this will not hurt you. All candidates should submit their most recent transcript(s).
Q: Do I have to be applying as a graduating senior or can I be out of college already?
A: You can apply as a graduating senior, but you do not have to be a current student to apply. In order to be eligible for the Fellowship you must have completed your respective undergraduate or advanced degree by the start of the program. Each year the organization's needs change and as a result varying skill sets and experience levels will be desired, so all interested candidates who meet the basic eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
Q: Do I have to be a Red Sox fan?
A: No, applicants will bring varying experiences and skills to the program. Within the organization there are varying levels of baseball knowledge. Fellows will also learn more about the game and the industry through this immersive experience.

Fellowship:
Q: What's the difference between being an intern and a fellow?
A: Internships typically last for three months during the summer. The internship primarily consists of undergraduates and is intended to give each student an introductory experience in working for a professional baseball franchise. The Fellowship is intended to be a more intensive opportunity which features a major project, a mentor, as well as professional development resources. Fellowship participants have already completed their respective programs of study.
Q: Can I choose what department I work in?
A: Fellows will be placed in departments based on organizational needs, while taking into account each Fellow's skills and interests.
