Red Sox Fellowship Program

APPLICATION

Eligibility and Requirements
  • College graduates and/or recent
    recipients of an advanced degree
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Must have exceptional written and
    verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft
    Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to work nights,
    weekends, and holidays
Requirements

Fellows must have exceptional communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fellows are expected to work during peak operation times including nights, weekends and holidays.

Application

The application for the Red Sox Fellowship Program consists of three copies of the following:

  • Cover letter that answers the following questions (400 words maximum):
    1. Do you think a salary cap would be good for baseball? Why or why not?
    2. What would you do to ensure that the Red Sox can maintain our position as one of MLB's leading franchises?
  • Official college transcript(s).
  • Resume.
  • Two references that we may contact (one academic, one professional, no family members please). For your references please do not submit letters of recommendation. Please provide name, title and contact information for each of your references.
