ABCD Field of Dreams- The Boston Red Sox are proud to partner with Action Boston Community Development on its annual "Field of Dreams Fundraiser". This all-day event offers local businesses the chance to make a contribution to ABCD and participate in a charity softball game at Fenway Park.
- Bean Pot
- NCAA Baseball Bean Pot Tournament is held annually at Fenway Park with four local schools (Northeastern University, Harvard University, Boston College, University of Massachusetts) playing in the Consolation and Championship Games. All proceeds benefit the Red Sox Foundation.
Christmas At Fenway- Christmas at Fenway presented by Stop & Shop is an annual event held at Fenway to give fans the chance to purchase tickets for the upcoming season, meet with select players and enjoy other seasonal opportunities.
 Father's Day/Mother's Day- Every Father's Day & Mother's Day the Boston Red Sox offer fans the opportunity to "take a walk in the park." Families and loved ones can stroll around Fenway's warning track and see the left field scoreboard, dugouts, and bullpens up-close.
 Futures at Fenway- Futures at Fenway features two of the Red Sox Minor League teams facing off against their own division rivals. With family-friendly ticket prices and kid-friendly activities, Futures at Fenway is a wonderful opportunity to visit America's Most Beloved Ballpark.
 Genesis Fund - Yaz Day- The Boston Red Sox, The Genesis Fund and Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski are proud to host this special event. Children are invited to Fenway to participate in many exciting on-field events, such as the opportunity to hit from home plate, pitching for speed and accuracy near the bullpens and fielding fly balls off the legendary Green Monster. All on-field activities are weather permitting.
 Jimmy Fund Fantasy Day- The Boston Red Sox and The Jimmy Fund are proud to partner on this event Jimmy Fund Fantasy Day at Fenway Park. This event gives baseball fans of all ages the opportunity to get involved in the fight against cancer while living out their dreams on the field. Participates are invited participate in panel discussions with a Sox experts; take exclusive tours, hit from home plate and much more.
- Jimmy Fund Radio-Thon
- The Boston Red Sox, The Jimmy Fund, WEEI 850-AM Sports Radio and New England Sports Network (NESN) join forces annually to raise money for adult and pediatric cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Radio-Telethon is a two-day, 36-hour event that features compelling stories, celebrity guests, sports panels and emotional testimonials from former and current patients and families.
- Mayor's All-City Classic
- Each Spring Boston public high school baseball teams take to the field at Fenway Park for the All-City Baseball Classic. This event is an opportunity for the City of Boston to recognize students for their academic and athletic achievements. The game is free and open to the public.
 Latino Festival- The Boston Red Sox have partnered with Comcast and El Mundo - Boston to bring some of the most recognizable faces in Latin music to Fenway Park. The annual festival includes live Latin musical performances and a health fair aimed at increasing the community's awareness of important health issues. This ticketed event is open to the public.
