Can you pay with a credit card? All Braves parking lots are cash or pass only, however you may purchase season and day-of-game parking in advance using a credit card from the Braves, by calling Ticket Master at 800-745-3000 or 404-577-9100.

Where is the disabled parking? Disabled spaces are located immediately at the front of the green lot. A disabled placard or license plate is required in those areas. Enter the green lot from Hank Aaron. Disabled parking is always open even if the lot is permit only for the game, based upon availability.

Where can I drop someone off? The corner of Hank Aaron and Ralph David Abernathy.

Where do I park to pick up will-call tickets? You may enter the green lot; pay to park in a special will-call ticket area and pick up your tickets. You will need to return to the parking lot and relocate your vehicle. If you paid in advance to park, you may exchange your cash ticket you paid on entry with your parking pass obtained from will-call for a refund from the parking attendant you paid upon entry.

Where do I catch MARTA at Turner Field? Marta buses drop off and pick up on the northwest corner of Turner Field on Ralph David Abernathy (under the interstate bridge. MARTA buses operate for up to one hour after the game.

Where can I catch a cab after the game? A taxi stand is in place beginning (approximately) in the seventh inning on Hank Aaron just south of the main gate.

Do the Braves control all of the parking? All Braves owned properties are identified with large Welcome to Turner Field signs and states the name of the lot, located at the entrance of each parking lot and employees are in distinctive red and black uniforms. There are a few lots surrounding Turner Field that the Braves do not own and cannot be responsible for. Fans are strongly encouraged to park only with the Braves on Turner Field lots.

How late can I leave my car at Turner Field after a game? To facilitate exit the Braves lots remain unlocked for one hour after each regular season game or event. In accordance with the policies of the Atlanta Braves and Major League Baseball vehicles left longer are subject to towing at the owner's expense and risk.

How early do the parking lots open before a game? Unless advertised differently, all lots open three hours before first pitch. When Silver Lots are available, they are open after 5 PM Monday through Friday and regular hours on weekends and holidays.

What is best lot for me to park on? Most fans select a lot based on either their seat location or the direction they will travel to and from the ballpark. High demand games often require the Hank Aaron lots to be permit only very early. Fans are encouraged to come early, and park on the Braves lots west of the interstate, utilize MARTA, or purchase parking in advance by calling Ticket Master at 800-745-3000 / 404-249-6400.

What is the Hyundai lot? The Hyundai lot is a premium lot reserved exclusively for authorized Hyundai customers. Please contact your Hyundai dealership for more information. Authorized vehicles are assessed the regular parking fee. Spaces are limited and are available on a first come first served basis.

What is the Delta Medallion Lot? The Delta Medallion Lot is a premium lot reserved exclusively for Delta SkyMiles Medallion® members. Any fan with a valid Medallion card may park on the Delta Medallion Lot for no additional charge provided they have a valid Braves parking permit or cash. Cash spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

The Preferred Valet spaces in this area are reserved and are only available when purchasing a full season pass.

How early do I have to get to the park if I have a parking pass? Parking Pass Holders are guaranteed a space on all lots. We encourage all fans to arrive at least one hour before first pitch to provide the best spaces available. Do not be discouraged if lots are signed as PERMIT ONLY, it simply means we are saving a space for you.

What happens when the lots are full? Fans without parking passes will be routed using changeable message signs and staff to overflow parking. The overflow parking is located just west of the ballpark.

What are the benefits of pre-paid guaranteed parking? First, its cheaper. Second, it assures you of a parking space at the ballpark in an official Braves lot even if the game or our lots are sold out.

How come on some games your lots are permit only? High demand and post season games require more spaces than can be accommodated at Turner Field. For these games, often fans will purchase parking in advance. The pre-sell and regular parking pass needs require that the lots along Hank Aaron Drive be held for pre-paid parking only.

Is tailgating permitted? Tailgating is allowed, however open flame cooking is restricted to the grassy areas of each lot. No open flame cooking is permitted on the lot surface. Tents and large umbrellas are not permitted. Other than Braves approved sponsor functions we do not reserve spaces for tailgating. Tailgaters may not use adjacent parking spaces and are limited to the space occupied by their vehicle.

Where do buses park? Bus parking is available in the Gray Lot off Central Avenue and Ralph David Abernathy.

What happens if it rains out after I park? If a game is postponed you may use your parking pass stub for the rescheduled game.

When should we arrive at the ballpark? Traffic in Atlanta can be difficult at times. The Braves have taken several steps to reduce the time to enter and exit the lots, but cannot control the traffic outside of the park. We recommend that fans plan to arrive no less than one hour before first pitch.

Who should I call about complaints, comments, or suggestions? The Turner Field parking operator is Impark Parking. They can be reached at 404-614-2303 and welcome your input.

What if I experience car trouble? If you experience automotive problems while in a Turner Field parking lot, please contact security or a parking attendant, and simply raise the hood of your vehicle. AAA Auto Service is on site to provide assistance.

Where can I park my motorcycle? Motorcycle parking is located in all the Turner Field parking lots at general parking rates. Single motorcycles may pay the parking rate for a single parking space. Two motorcycles may share a parking space at parking rate with a maximum of two motorcycles per space.

Where should I parky my Recreational Vehicle (RV)? RV parking is permitted in the Gray Lot only. No overnight parking is allowed.

Where can I park my bicycle? Bicycle parking is available near the Turner Field Northwest gate at the corner of Pollard Blvd and Georgia Avenue Southwest. Please see a Turner Field representative for specific locations if needed. Bicycles are not allowed throughout the parking lots for safety reasons.
